About the #MyVietnam video contest
The #MyVietnam contest runs from December 7, 2018, to January 27, 2019. You can participate by submitting a video in one of two categories: Short video (15 seconds) or Long video (1 minute) to win one of two prizes:
1) A 3-day, 2-night trip on a five-star cruise Paradise Cruise in Ha Long Bay for 2 people (for the winner of the short video category)
2) A 10-day cross-Vietnam tour with ‘Elite Vietnam’ service by Victoria Voyages for 2 people (for the winner of the long video category)
The contest is open to all Vietnamese & foreign citizens of all ages. If you are under 18, you will need to provide information for your parents or legal guardian when submitting your video. Contest results will be announced on January 30, 2019.

How to participate
Step 1: Shoot a #MyVietnam video to introduce a place you love in Vietnam from your own perspective. If possible, introduce yourself in the video so we know who you are and what your story is. You can speak English, or speak Vietnamese with English subtitles.
Step 2: Upload your video to your personal Facebook or YouTube page. Remember to use the hashtag #MyVietnam or tag @vietnamtourismboard so we can find your video. Please set your video to public!
Step 3: Fill out the contest entry form here and copy the video link into the entry form.
NOTE: Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see more #MyVietnam videos and find out if you've won! Contest results will be announced via email and social media channels.

Some important notes

The Vietnam Tourism Advisory Board reserves the right to repost your submitted video on official social media channels of Vietnam tourism, and will clearly credit you as the author of the video.

Winning videos will be used to promote Vietnam tourism on online media channels and other tourism events. The Vietnam Tourism Advisory Board reserves the right to place the logo and website address of Vietnam tourism on your video for tourism promotion purposes (not for commercial use).

Submitted videos must be original videos owned by the participant and must not have been used in any other contest.
